Yes, you can reschedule your lesson for free, as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not attend the lesson and fail to cancel it at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be given. This is because the tutor has reserved the time specifically for you.
Yes. When necessary, your tutor will send you study materials by email before the lesson.
